Taking place several years before the start of the 458th Universe, a young Kyoko Kirigiri receives a vague warning from her future self. Intent on preventing this dark future from happening, The Ultimate Detective must face off against the despair-fueled villain, Junko Enoshima.

A prequel story involving a young Naruto.

Naruto: Journey To Now Part I
Naruto begins his start as a ninja and has a strange encounter with a mysterious woman who tells him of an event that will change his life. Characters of Ninja Gaiden and Dead or Alive make their appearance here and are imagined as allies of Konoha. Covers the beginning up till the end of the Sasuke Retrieval Arc.

Naruto: Journey To Now Part II
Naruto's powers are weakened and he's rendered blind after the battle with Sasuke. Out of the game temporarily, Naruto leaves with Jiraiya to America to recuperate, train, and attend UCLA. From here, Naruto is thrust out of the ninja world once more and into a more modern setting. While attending UCLA, Naruto meets Moka Akashiya, Xenovia Quarta, and Compa L. Heart.
The stories will be kind of short and will mostly focus on the human side of Naruto. There will be rare chapters focusing on action.

Chapters of Ninja
A spin-off that begins during Naruto's 2 1/2 year leave, it will explore some of the adventures of Naruto's friends.

Naruto: Journey To Now Part III
His powers restored and stronger than ever, Naruto returns to Konoha to finish what he started and finally become "The Ultimate Ninja." The conclusion of the Journey To Now Arc before the beginning of a bigger picture!

Naruto: Inherited Will
Worried for Naruto after the Kazekage Rescue Mission in which Naruto slaughtered Deidara and Sasori after finding out Akatsuki's involvement in Kureha's death, Naruto's master and friend, Ryu Hayabusa, has the ninja go to Hinomoto to rest for a few days. When an "evil" sorceress attacks Hinomoto in order to claim a powerful treasure, Naruto has to defend the land when he finds out that an old friend of Kureha's is the leader of the land.

Naruto: Journey to Now - Illusion of Rebirth
Waking up screaming, Naruto finds himself back in Konoha, with his first crush, Rin Kujou, sleeping in his bed. Going outside, Naruto finds out that the Fourth Great Ninja War has ended and the ninja world is finally at peace. What's more, the world is aware of ninjas and have accepted them into society, Moka and Xenovia have become new residents of Konoha and have begun their training as ninjas, Jiraiya is alive, and to his surprise and joy, even Kureha is alive. Who knows, this might be the work of a powerful genjutsu....

Naruto: Journey to Now - The Female Tengu
A spin-off of the main story that will focus on Ayane's development and the friendships she develops and tries to re-patch.

NARUTO: ANBU BLACK OPS
Newly appointed Fifth Hokage Tsunade Senju puts together a secret team of skilled ANBU Ninjas tasked to do personal covert missions.

Naruto: Battle of Warriors
Knowing of Pain's defeat, Akuma seeks out Naruto in order to fight him to the death, who agrees to fight him as long as no one gets hurt. The ninja must tap into a power he didn't know he had himself when Sage Mode fails.
A five-part story that will have Naruto fight Akuma. There will be no deaths, just fighting.

Rosario + Vampire: Universe-458 Part I
A reboot of the series which will follow the manga, with a few anime chapters, the main focus being Moka herself, and the inclusion of brand new characters/monsters.

Naruto v Bleach: Heroes United
Following the events of Naruto: Journey To Now, The Invasion of Soul Society Arc, and Rosario + Vampire: Universe 458 Part 1, The Ultimate Ninja known as Naruto Uzumaki, free from his destiny, leaves Konoha to walk his own path, taking up residence in Japan, where he unknowingly finds himself caught in Soul Society's business, and in conflict with Substitute Soul Reaper Ichigo Kurosaki. As the two heroes clash, a new threat grows stronger as the world continues to witness the ongoing emergence of newer, more advanced superhumans from the physical, magical, supernatural, and extraterrestrial worlds.

Tokyo Ghoul: Universe-458
Supernatural Investigator Ken Kaneki almost loses his life during a job involving a ghoul named Rize. In order to save his life, doctors had to transplant her organs into him, marking his transformation from a Human to a One-Eyed Ghoul. WIth help from a kind owner of a coffee shop(Anteiku), Kaneki must learn how to live his life as a half-ghoul and use his cursed power to fight other ghouls and monsters in Tokyo, all the while keeping his superiors, his friends, and his girlfriend Touka from finding out.

Will involve the two getting together somehow.
Karin will be a year younger than Ichigo and her design is based on her Epilogue appearance.

Task Force Delta
The EDF recruits Seishirou Tsugumi, Mukuro Ikusaba, Gajeel Redfox, Shuu Tsukuyama, Hei, Shigure Kosaka, and Rob Lucci and puts them on a mission to stop a threat made by the suffering and despair of a powerful individual.

Untitled Sasuke Story
Will focus on Sasuke trying to redeem himself. Will involve Sasuke protecting Kokoro, Helena's half-sister.

Tokyo Ghoul: Jackal
Kaneki comes face to face with a One-Eyed Ghoul who goes by the name Jackal. Somehow finding himself a step behind him, Kaneki is forced to form an alliance with Aogiri Tree. When the alliance is broken, Kaneki must being in some friends of his own to combat this powerful foe.

Rosario + Vampire: Universe-458 Part II
At the start of her final year, Moka and her friends face off against Fairy Tale, an evil organization of monsters hell-bent on destroying the harmony between monsters and humans.

Naruto: The Ultimate Ninja
A re-telling of THE LAST: Naruto The Movie.
Naruto is 16 when this occurs.

Naruto x To Love-ru: The Long Lost Cousin
Naruto, 17, meets his cousin Rito for the first time as well as the other characters of To Love-ru. Put the two of them and three alien princesses together and all hell breaks loose!

A Night In Hell
Set in the 458th Universe, the hero of this story is high school student Shosuke Katsukawa, an ordinary person with no special talents, searching for his sister Sakuko, who had went missing a month ago, looking into an abandoned mansion in a forest for her group project. Trapped within the mysterious mansion, Shosuke's only chance at surviving and saving his sister is to go deeper into the mansion and face the nightmares that have made this Hell its home.

Naruto x High School DxD: OMEN
When Kokabiel escapes his eternal prison in Cocytus with the aid of a new evil incarnate known as Omen, Azazel calls in Naruto to help combat Kokabiel and this new threat. While helping Rias and her peerage out, Naruto is called by Michael for one secret mission: Saving God!

Untitled Xenovia Story
Taking place 2 months after Rise of DIO, it will focus on Xenovia protecting a teenage Nero Claudius/Red Saber and a stray devil from the latter's former peerage, who need Nero's body for experimentation for replicating how a Servant can enter the world without a need for a Master or a constant source of maical energy.
Debating whether to kill Xenovia or leave her fate ambiguous for Servant Uprising. That or have her survive so she can arrive in a fashionable way for Rise of DIO.

To Love-ru x High School DxD: Harem Kings
When Naruto accidentally tells Issei that Rito's going to be the Harem King, Issei goes all the way to Sainan in order to train under Rito, who has no idea what Issei's talking about.

Kiba's One-Sided Adventure
Yuuto has fallen for Rin Kujou, a student at Sainan High and Naruto's master. However, she does not feel the same way. Follow the Knight's attempts at winning the heart of the Ultimate Swordswoman as they investigate a case together under Makoto Naegi's orders.

Rosario + Vampire x High School DxD: Rise of DIO
When a mysterious and fearsome new foe from an unknown universe plots to take over Earth, Moka and her friends, with the aid of her childhood rival Rias Gremory, Rias' Peerage, and Kyoko Kirigiri, must face off against this evil incarnate and his followers when Naruto is put in a coma following a battle against one of the enemy's minions.

NARUTO: METAVERSE
Receiving word of thieves that had the power to steal hearts and possessed powers similar to Stands from Naoto Shirogane, and looking into Moka's Persona, having awakened it a week after DIO's defeat, a recovering Naruto travels to Shibuya in search of Yu Narukami, who has mysteriously disappeared, where the ninja has an encounter with returning Persona 5 protagonist Ren Amamiya. At the same time, a scientist, who was formerly under Shido's employ, has found a way to recreate the Metaverse and use it for his own personal gain, but in doing so, releases an old enemy. Unable to use his full set of godlike powers, after the incident with DIO, Naruto has to rely on not only the power of Personas, but to rely on The Shadow Group, The Investigation Team, and the returning Phantom Thieves!

Untitled Tsugumi and Kasumi Story
Will involve Tsugumi from Nisekoi and Kasumi from Dead or Alive being a couple after meeting and doing a mission together.
Takes place after Nisekoi.

Black Tiger
Tsugumi returns to her Black Tiger identity when Chitoge and Raku's lives are threatened by a drug lord with intentions involving the hostile takeover of their empires. With a lot of guns, explosives, and bladed weapons at her disposal, Tsugumi vows to find and kill every single one of them.

Naruto: Welcome to Deadman Wonderland
Trailing a killer that leads him to the prison Deadman Wonderland, Naruto has no choice but to enter it in order to find who the killer is, and uncover what goes on inside the prison, teaming up with a police officer who can create blades using his blood.

Universe-458's Vigilantes
A month following "Black Tiger", left with the truth that she misses the action, Tsugumi takes it upon herself to become a vigilante, bringing in the attention of Japan's newest crime lord, Pagan Min. Unknown to both, a few old faces, along with a few new ones, had the same thought Tsugumi was having. Agreeing to work together to bring Pagan Min down, these unexpected heroes will learn that they work really well together and are stronger as a team than when they're working solo.

Naruto x RWBY: Grimm Eclipse
When Hinata and Chitoge catch a sickness that can only be cured with the magical properties of a rare Dust crystal that only comes out during a solar eclipse, Naruto and Tsugumi enter the RWBY Universe in order to find it. During his search for it, he reunites with Velvet, the faunus he had to babysit when she was little and when Naruto was still a UCLA Student. He also meets the members of Teams RWBY, JNPR, SSSN, and CFVY.
THE RWBYverse will merge with the 458th Universe from here. How it'll happen will be shown.

High School DxD: Servant Uprising
 A month following DIO's defeat and Nero's arrival to Kuoh, Heroic Spirits, convinced by a calculating and charismatic enemy that they're fighting for a false Holy Grail, serve and fight for the right to free themselves from the endless cycle of battle by retrieving the Dagger of Gorr, a weapon capable of severing the link to the false Grail and destroying it. As a Knight falls and the fate of the world rests in Rias and her peerage's hands, only a few masters and servants, and a demi-servant hold any hope to stop the madness.

Servant Uprising: NARUTO
While Rias, Seekvaira, their peerage, and a few ally servants are busy with the main storyline, on the sidelines, Naruto deals with servants in Japan. When Hinami's life is threatened, Naruto unknowingly summons a servant. Knowing that he'll need all the help he can get to protect Japan, he welcomes Kiyohime's help.

Servant Uprising: DANGANRONPA
With the world in trouble and in crisis, Mukuro, still seeking redemption for her late sister's crimes against humanity, is ordered by Kyoko Kirigiri to help out Rias's peerage in London. Surrounded by the enemy, instead of dying in battle, she is saved by her Servant.

Servant Uprising: BLEACH
During a trip in London with Orihime and Karin, Ichigo stumbled upon Frankenstein being ganged upon by perverts. Being the person he is, Ichigo intervenes and beats up the perverts. Though she could've handled them, she attempted to thank him, only to find herself slowly fading away, due to not having a contract with a Master. With her Mad Enhancement giving her trouble asking for help, Ichigo, feeling bad for her, unknowingly makes a contract with her. Though he saves her life, it also causes her to fall in love with him and grow jealous of Orihime. She also strikes a friendship with Karin. Returning to Karakura Town, with Frankenstein, they find the town in the middle of the Servant Uprising.

The (New) Life Of Frankenstein
Frankenstein, or Fran-chan by Yuzu and Karin, goes through her new life with her "Master" and secret crush Ichigo Kurosaki, and writing ecchi stories, involving her and Ichigo.

Fran-Chan Makes Ecchi Pairings
Given her awareness of the fourth wall, which she doesn't reveal to anyone, not even Ichigo, Frankenstein makes several ecchi stories between anime characters and video game characters.
Frankenstein will be the only character to be able to break the fourth wall, though only in this story. She will take requests, given that it's worth her time. Canon/Non-canon.

Yakeru & Mordred: Unwilling Allies
Yakeru Namikaze, Naruto's clone, finds himself joining forces with Mordred when the White Fang attack the Elven Forest.

Dragon Ball Z: CELL 2.0
The Z Fighters find themselves up against a new and improved Cell, created by an anonymous enemy with unrivaled genius and a goal of committing genocide.

High School DxD: XENOVIA - PANDORA CHAPTERS
Taking place 8 weeks after Servant Uprising, Xenovia (Finding herself Human once more and currently wielding Dragonslayer after Durandal's blade is broken), in search of her mother, finds herself fighting the Ainsworth Family during her journey, who have plans to cover the world in darkness using Pandora's Box. Following the battle, both Xenovia and Shirou Emiya (Miyu's Brother) find themselves transported to and imprisoned in Omega, ruled by the Asari known as Aria T'Loak. Finding themselves in a race against time to get back to Earth to stop Julian, the pair is forced to work for the Asari. Their job: To hunt down and kill Moka Akashiya, who is without her Rosary, and who has also been causing trouble for Aria, following what happened to her in Servant Uprising!
Possibility of Xenovia Quarta x Shirou Emiya (Miyu's Brother)

High School DxD x Rosario + Vampire: Darkstalkers
Involves the Occult Research Club facing off against Jedah Dohma.
After the events of Servant Uprising, Xenovia is no longer a member of Rias' Peerage for reason that will be revealed in Servant Uprising. This will also focus on Mash and her interactions with the peerage.

Naruto x Fairy Tail: The Traitorous Hero
The Magic Council orders Team Natsu to stop and capture Naruto Uzumaki, Ayane, Mordred Pendragon, and Shikamaru Nara when they kidnap Princess Hisui and force her to find something powerful that was covered up by the Magic Council that could threaten the world.

Given Momo's harem plan proposal, Ayane, having loved Naruto since they first met, feels unsure whether to give in to her feelings or remain his friend. Their relationship will be tested when Ayane is captured and taken to Outworld to become Shao Kahn's new bride, after Ayane killed Sindel a month ago.

Monsters & Devils: Crisis in Kyoto
Involves characters from Blue Exorcist, High School DxD, Rosario + Vampire, Inuyasha, Danganronpa, and Tokyo Ghoul coming together in a game of despair that has them going against each other against their will.

Naruto: Project Reaper
Naruto takes some time off Earth and joins Shepard's crew as they help stop a Cerberus Facility from creating a Cyborg Naruto, a clone armed with Reaper tech. During his time with the crew, Naruto and Liara get "intimate".

Naruto's Family Trip
Due to Naruto saving God, Michael convinces his father to revive the ninja's parents. In need of catching up on lost times, Kushina and Minato take time to catch up with their son.

Unititled Naruto, Moka, Xenovia and Compa Story
Will have the friends come together after so long.
Stories will have the the four fighting together or just hang out. Characters of New Game will appear in a chapter where Moka wants to spend a day at one of her favorite game companies.

High School DxD: Origin
Everything about Xenovia is revealed when her (real) mother arrives out of nowhere and asks to see her daughter.

Fairy Tail: Festival of Love
After finding out his own feelings towards Lucy after the events of The "Traitorous Hero" , Natsu, wanting to make his confession special, asks her out to the Festival of Love.

Guyver: Universe-458
A high school student becomes a superhero when he comes across a strange alien device that he uncovered. Under Naruto and Issei's guidance, he must prove himself to be a capable hero to the world.
This is a short 5-10 chapter series.

Naruto x Irregular at Magic High School: Freaky Friday
Naruto and his friend and occasional rival Tatsuya Shiba get their minds swapped during an experiment. Until they find a way to switch back to their bodies, they must live each other's lives without anyone knowing.

Untitled Xenovia, Rossweisse, and Ayane Story
Will involve Xenovia and Rossweisse joining Ayane in a night mission.

Naruto x Bleach: Akatsuki Reborn
When Sasuke has a strange encounter with a mysteriously revived Akatsuki, Naruto and Ichigo team up once again to stop the organization once and for all.

Untitled Naruto, To Love-ru, and Nisekoi Story
Will involve the characters attending a Comic-Con, with Saki Tenjouin unintentionally starting what is considered "The Largest Nerd Fight In History".
Characters of the series New Game will make appearances. Moka will make a few appearances, being a masked writer of ecchi novels, something no one knows about.

Daughter of Naruto
After the death of her parents (Naruto and Ayane), and everyone she has ever loved and cared about at the hands of a familiar enemy, Chouko Uzumaki finds herself in the 458th Universe, where she meets the 17-year old Naruto and Ayane, who are left shocked by the fact that they got married and had a child in another universe.

Naruto x Toriko: Gourmet Hunters
Naruto, eating a special ramen at Ichiraku, recalls the weeks he, Teuchi, and Ayame spent completing the blonde ninja's Full-Course Menu, with the help of Toriko and his friends.
This story is a flashback one.

Will involve the two meeting for the first time to fight an outbreak created by a scientist that used to work for Umbrella.

My New Friend, Kotegawa
Set after Rosario + Vampire Part II and after To Love-ru Darkness, Moka and Mizore, having graduated from Yokai Academy, take residence in Sainan to begin their new lives. With Tsukune occupied with running Yokai Academy, and Mizore taking an interest in her photography, Moka is left in need of a friend. Lucky for her, her next door neighbors, The Kotegawas, have a daughter her age, who is not so eager to befriend the vampire girl. But with Rito and Lala having their own little mishaps here and there, Yui might take Moka's offer. I mean, it's not like Yui's going to have any (romantic) interests in the girl...right?
Moka x Yui (Brief) (Debating whether to have any lemons or not, maybe do some limes. Otherwise, it's just a girl who's temporarily confused about her sexuality)(Forgot to mention, Moka in this universe, while interested in boys like Naruto or Tsukune, has no problems with being attracted to girls from time to time). Maybe I'll have Frankenstein do an ecchi story about it.

Naruto x Mass Effect: Like Mother, Like Daughter
Naruto and Hinata join Shepard's crew as a way to take a break from Earth for a while and explore space. From there, Hinata reunites with her mysterious mother.

Naruto: Yakeru's Story
Focuses on Naruto's Clone Yakeru Namikaze.
Plot will involve Mister Sinister, characters from HuniePop, Moka's strained relationship with Tsukune, and a couple characters from Sword Art Online. Yakeru's love interest will be Nikki, and Naruto's role will be that of a mentor since this is Yakeru's story, not his.

DOA5LR - Naruto's Chapter
Will cover what Naruto has been doing during Dead or Alive 5 Last Round.

Naruto x Ayane: Estival Versus
A mission with Kasumi goes wrong, which teleports Naruto and Ayane to the Senran Kagura Universe, Things get weirder when Naruto finds himself transformed into a girl!

Untitled Naruto and Yumi Story
Involves the Senran Kagura Universe being merged with the 458th Universe, and Yumi being  suspicious about the merging. Will have Naruto trying to convince her that everything is fine.

Ninja Gaiden III: Razor's Edge - Naruto's Chapter
Will cover what Naruto has been doing during Ninja Gaiden III: Razor's Edge.

Ayane: Fatal Frame
Ayane is tasked to find a girl named Tsumugi Katashina, a girl who, after many failed suicide attempts, disappeared to Mt. Hikami. Finding a lot of herself in the girl, Ayane feels that she must do this mission alone, thinking that by saving her, she can bring closure to her own past.

Dead or Alive: The Other Sister
Several weeks Fatal Frame, Ayane finds herself protecting her mysterious half-sister Honoka from a newly resurrected Raidou, who has come to make Honoka his legacy.

Untitled Naruto and Moka Story
Will involve Naruto and Moka finally getting together after a final falling out with Tsukune and after Naruto and Hinata decide to take a break from their relationship so Hinata can join Shepard's crew in space in order to spend time with her mother.

Naruto x Moka: Meet the Parents
Old rivalries reignite when Minato meets one of his enemies from the past: Moka's father Issa!

The Major Twelve
After Aizen escapes his prison and reclaims the Red Hogyoku, Kyoko Kirigiri activates The Major Twelve Initiative, bringing together twelve individuals, each with their own powers and skills in order to combat the threat.

Bleach: The White Hollow
A month after the invasion of Japan, and the day after celebrating the anniversary of Orihime's brother's death, an unanticipated and powerful adversary known as The White Hollow appears and assaults his friends for reasons unknown. Ichigo, with the help of fellow Twelve member Moka Akashiya, set out to find and destroy it and find out what it wants. When it is shown to be too powerful for either of them, they have no choice but to ask for Aizen's help.

Naruto: Night of the Ninjas
Failing to save a few people during a mission with fellow Major Twelve members, Naruto goes back to Konoha to recover and to get over their deaths. When Mizuki attacks Konoha with the aid of a few of the ninja world's most infamous ninja clans, 16 dealy assassins, and a controlled Scorpion/Hanzo Hasashi as his allies, Naruto and his fellow ninja allies, old and new, must give it all they've got in order to protect their village. The ultimate ninja battle begins!

DBZ x Kenichi: Broly Army
Involves Goku and Kenichi having an encounter with Pilaf and his gang, Pilaf having have discovered a facility that's been cloning an army of Brolys to be used for unknown purposes. His attempts at using this army fails when the Brolys see that he's not their master.

The Major Twelve: Dark Age of Piracy
Dressrosa is threatened once more when Bleackbeard arrives with his crew and a team of his own to combat The Major Twelve. During his attack, he displays a new devil fruit power, one that allows him to control other Devil Fruit users! The Major Twelve, with help from Luffy's crew, Akeno Himejima (Naruto's substitute), siblings Tatsuya and Miyuki, and the Angeloid known as Ikaros, must fight a battle on dark waters.

Xtreme Beach Island
Several girls of the 458th Universe come together on New Zack Island in order to take a break from all the fighting and have a nice vacation.

Involves Naruto helping his creation with learning on how to be human and about emotions.

Naruto x Ninja Gaiden: A Shrine Maiden's Love
Set after Yaiba: Ninja Gaiden Z, the main focus is on Ryu Hayabusa, who finds himself against an old enemy who once again threatens the Earth. Along the way, Ryu discovers his feelings towards his apprentice Momiji.
Naruto's role in this is to get Ryu and Momiji together because he knows about Momiji's feelings for the Hayabusa Ninja. He also feels that Sonia/Irene is holding secret motives that have yet to be revealed.

One Piece: Pirates Vs. Ninjas
When the Straw Hat Pirates unknowingly aid in the destruction of a whole island, killing thousands, the EDF revoke Luffy's Major Twelve membership and turn against him and his crew while viewers from around the world watch in horror, and the Marines make this event the reason why all pirates, save for the Shichibukai, are evil and must be captured and/or killed. With Luffy following his darker instincts and going out for vengeance and try to find a way to prove himself and his crew's innocence along the way, Naruto, unwilling to let anyone else get their hands dirty, volunteers to hunt down and bring the pirate crew in, with the aid of the ninja world at his disposal. If he can't convince Luffy to surrender  and turn himself in, a kill order will be issued.
Was originally supposed to be called One Piece: Civil War, but due to Captain America: Civil War, it had to be changed to Pirates Vs. Ninjas. Secret villain that's been creating all sorts of despair and chaos is revealed!

Naruto: Journey Across Universes
When Viola scatters the Infinity Stones across other universes to prevent the mysterious Jack of Blades from threatening the balance of the multiverse, it's up to Naruto(458th Universe) to recruit other versions of himself to collect the gems, combat this ancient evil, and figure out who hides behind the mask.
mattwilson83 has given me the approval to use his universe and his Naruto characters and OCs, though it was pretty long ago. Will have to somehow make time for it and will have to thank him once it has finished.

Naruto x Fairy Tail: Hunted
Three weeks after Journey Across Universes and a few weeks after Fairy Tail's Tartarus Arc, Natsu shows up at Naruto's place and asks him to help train him for a year. Meanwhile, Ivan Dreyar, bitter over his defeat during the Grand Magic Games, hires legendary mage hunter Grosvenor Tout for his sinister plans, which involves the capture of all seven Dragon Slayers! Meanwhile, the Night Raid assassin Chelsea, resurrected by unknown means, sets out to find Naruto for reasons unknown.

Naruto: Girl Power!
During a night where the Uzumaki family are supposed to have their very first dinner together as a whole, Naruto mysteriously goes missing during a mission. Worried about him, several girls Naruto knows go out to search for him. Along the way, they are joined by other girls, who are also looking for him. They'll find out what happened to Naruto and find out where he is, even if they have to beat up several bad guys to do it.
